Cloud platforms are great for remote guests, but if you're recording in the same room or want the absolute best quality, local recording is the way to go.

Free users can export to MP4 and WAV. Pro users also get access to ProRes (for video editors), AAC, and FLAC. All exports are separate tracks—one audio file per microphone, one video file per camera.
Currently, Capturly is designed for local recording. For remote recordings, we recommend having each participant run Capturly on their own machine and syncing in post using our voice slate feature. Full remote guest support via browser is on our roadmap.
